Can my friends at other employers and I share resumes with each other using JobScore?

Yes, but not directly. You can share resumes with every other employer that uses JobScore (including each other) but not only amongst yourselves. If you and your friends all sign up for the JobScore SHARE plan, JobScore automatically recommends your shared candidates for matching jobs at other employers. Your friend’s resumes might be among your recommended candidates, but that depends on each candidate’s job preferences and your scoring criteria, not who shared their resume. When JobScore makes a recommendation, we don’t show who shared the resume nor which specific jobs the candidate applied for – that information is kept private. Our focus is on making the best possible matches between every employer that uses JobScore – not just you and your friends.
