Where possible, the following substitutions may apply: • Substitution of Education and Experience One year of relevant experience that provides the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the position duties may be substituted for one year of required education One year of relevant education, that provides the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the position duties, at the undergraduate level may be substituted for one year of required relevant experience.
