No, a district must purchase a K-12 School Site License for each school that will be using the software. K-12 School Site Licenses can not be broken up and distributed among multiple schools or school locations. For example, if a district wants to purchase Creative Suite 4 K-12 School Site Licenses for 5 different schools within the district, they must purchase 5 separate site licenses.
