No, a district or LEA must purchase a School Site License for each school that will be using the software. School Site Licenses can not be broken up and distributed among multiple schools or school locations. For example, if a district wants to purchase Creative Suite 3 School Site Licenses for 5 different schools within the district, they must purchase 5 separate site licenses. They also have the option to purchase individual volume licenses through TLP or CLP from an Adobe Authorised Education Reseller.
