Can my daughters dad get joint custody?

0

Judges are used to seeing the joint custody to lower child support. That does not work. Joint custody is not much different than sole custody in most states. She will still live with you and dad may get visitation but will still have to pay same amount of child support. If it goes to court, which I doubt it will (any worthwhile atty would tell him not to waste his time) be nice and let the judge make their own decisions, they will see right through him.
