Can my customers change prices when using my VirtualE Instant Pricing System?
No. Only the users to whom you give permission (typically estimators, sales management and senior sales reps only) can change prices and only to the degree that you allow. In the case of customers to whom you have given system access, you can individually profile each one to have access to your VirtualE Instant Pricing System with preset mark-ups and discounts as you see fit (they see only the selection of components you make available to price, associated job-specific questions, resulting quote summaries and formatted PDF proposals). You can even set-up customers so that they are only able to select and specify the job online with the pricing visible only at your end. You can then decide how best to provide that pricing to the customer.
