Can my computer run Flight Simulator X?
Your specs sound ok for FSX but you will probably have to keep the graphics on the low end to get smooth framerates. If you increased your RAM it would help a lot. You should really have 2GB minimum with Vista since Vista uses up a lot of RAM. When you do get FSX, make sure you download and install the FSX Service Pack 1 (SP1) because it greatly improves framerates. FS2004 (FS9) would run very well on your computer. It is a very good flight sim, maybe the best, and it is available at a discount now since it is already 5 yrs old but it is still very, very popular among flight simmers. Many die-hard simmers actually prefer it over FSX (the newer version). There is also an important patch for FS2004.
