Can my company advertise with the Southern Idaho Now Rewards logo?
Yes. All advertising and promotional materials using “Southern Idaho Now Rewards,” “Southern Idaho Now Rewards Program,” “Southernidahonowrewards.com” or any other of Talk & Oldies 1230 AM KBAR, Kat Kountry 106 KKMV, 99.9 The Buzz KZDX, and La Fantastica 970 KFTA AM’s marks or logos (collectively, “Marks”) are subject to Southern Idaho Now Rewards’ prior written approval. Approval is granted via Southern Idaho Now Rewards’ review process of an initialed sign-off of all concepts, pre-mechanicals and final mechanicals. Please email copies to Support@southernidahonowrewards.com, Attention: Partnership Marketing. Please allow 10 business days for the approval process. Any unauthorized use of such Marks shall constitute a material breach of the Merchant Partnership Agreement, an infringement of KKMV, KZDX, KFTA, and KBAR’s rights in and to such Marks, and subject to legal action. Nothing herein shall be construed as transferring to any Merchant Partner any ownership or interest in the Marks
