Can my child(ren) come with me for the Mummy-Active class?

Of course! The exercise program is designed for Moms using a stroller to exercise with an infant; but older children can attend as long as all children have secure stroller seats for safety. Your children remain your responsibility during the class. For the warm-up and cool-down mat exercises you can do some of the exercises with your child (or have them remain buckled up) so it’s up to you to decide whether or not you would be able to participate with your child. There is also a playground close to where we will be starting and finishing in Edworthy Park. Do I have to bring my child to Mummy-Active? No, you do not have to have a stroller to do this class. If you have child care or your kids are older and in school, you can participate without a stroller – or help others push theirs!
