Most of the time, the portion of direct instruction that is taught by a certified instructor for the activity (riding lessons, dance, karate, sports, etc.) can be applied toward course requirements. This must be pre-approved by the Guidance department and the certified instructor must complete weekly logs to be submitted to the physical education instructor.
