Can my child attend school if he/she has started the Hepatitis series but is not finished?
Yes, once a student has begun the Hepatitis series he/she can attend school. The student must bring to the school a blue 680 -B Florida certificate of immunization form. The form will have an expiration date as to when the student is required to return to his/her health care provider for the next scheduled hepatitis vaccine.
