No. Items are not interchangeable between realms. A Hardcore character may not use Normal items or vice versa. USWEST characters may not use USEAST items, or Europe Items. Ladder characters may not use non-ladder items. A non-expansion (classic) character may not use expansion items. A character may only use items that exist on the same realm as it does. While you’re shopping, make sure that you are ordering items for the proper realm.
