Can my character learn disciplines of level 6 or higher?
Yes, but there are conditions that have to be met before you can learn these extremely potent disciplines: First of all, your skin MUST be of at least the 7th generation. Second, the storyteller must approve of you using a vampire of such a low generation. Thirdly, if you want to make a skin of this low a generation, you MUST first consult with Trogers2 (or required ST), as this is quite a dramatic step. Lastly, you have to decide in advance of a game what your level 6 (or higher) discipline power is, you have to consult with either Isador or Trogers2 (preferably both) if the power is appropriate and to set it in stone, you have to post it on your bio page on the website. level 6 and higher disciplines are the ones of truly superhuman powers (the ability to effect entire cities with 1 discipline, the ability to move so fast you are invisible, the ability to become a frenzied half-beast etcetera) and you should not think lightly of them.
