No. Ranger adheres to United States Coast Guard regulations. Ranger does not recommend or endorse rigging a boat with a horsepower that exceeds the maximum recommendation. Rigging a boat with a motor in excess of the horsepower rating creates liability and insurance issues for the owner. Be safe–stay within the recommended horsepower range.
