Can my area throw its own fundraiser?
Yes, if you are in the USA. You can hold a fundraiser (with permission) and those funds will be used for services within your area (for local get-togethers, etc). Contact Dawn for more information on the types of fundraisers and laws that we have to follow. MEMBER PROBLEMS I can’t get any of the members to participate in activities, help! Just be patient if you don’t get the response that you had hoped for. Sometimes it takes time for people to get used to new activities and services and eventually they will start using them. CHERUBS only had 10 members the first year, and 25 on-line members using our services back in 1997- it takes time but you can see how much difference it makes long-term!
