Can multiple users within my office log-on to UCC Connect at the same time? If so, how is that tracked?

There will be one user id and password for a Web account. Contact info is how the system keeps track of whose performing transactions, and the contact information appears in the briefcase when looking at a summary of transactions. Contact information should be filled out for the person using the application.
