• Yes, all LeagueWorks products have a built in Merge Utility that allows multiple users to enter data on PC’s that are not networked together, then merge the data into one central database. LeagueWorks Software suggests that one PC be designated as the “Central Site”. It is suggested that the Central Site enter as much information as can be entered to start each of the remote data entry sites with initial data. For example, it is suggested that the Central Site enter all Division information (and Teams if possible), Field information, and as much data as possible on the Category Setup window. This insures that each of the remote sites have the basic information they need to enter Player information, and it also reduces the possibility that one piece of information is entered two different ways (i.e. one person enters a Division name as “T Ball” and another person enters a Division name as “Tee Ball” for the same Division).
