Yes. You’ll need to have a license that supports multiple users accessing the company file at the same time. However, what you can’t do is install QuickBooks in one location and have multiple users access the same QuickBooks application. Any QuickBooks user must have QuickBooks installed locally on their machine. You can have multiple users access the same company file from the server (just not the application). QuickBooks allows up to 5 multi – users (for Pro and Premier) and 15 multi – users (for Enterprise).
