Can multiple staff persons from one church take part in the coaching network?
Yes, the PCC Coaching Network offers 7 different areas of ministry coaching. These include: Senior Pastors, Executive Pastors / Business Administrators, Worship Leaders, Small Group Pastors, Children Ministry Pastors, Student Ministry Pastors, and Marketing/Communications Directors. We intentionally offer a wide variety of styles, both traditional and contemporary, and have enlisted “the best of the best” for coaches with proven track records, years of top-level experience, and success in their areas of expertise.
