Can multiple employees pool their money together to make a single grant?
Yes. This is a great way to make a significant impact with an organization or school! However, one employee must lead the effort. He/she may either create an “Open Group Donation” which will enable any other HP employee that logs into the website to contribute toward the campaign OR the lead employee may enter the email addresses of HP colleagues that have pledged specific amounts toward a gift. The participating employees may log into the Employee Giving site and make a contribution by clicking the “Join An Open Group Order” link on the welcome page or may fulfill pledges by clicking on “My Order History” and selecting the “Pay” link. There is no minimum amount a participating employee can donate.
