Yes, multiple amendments can be filed on one filing. For example, you can file a collateral change along with a continuation. However, you can only process either a debtor amendment or a secured party amendment at one time. You could file a continuation that has a change in collateral and a change in debtor. But, if there was also a change in secured party, a new transaction would have to take place.
