Yes, you can easily choose which programs you want to start on which desktop using our very simple yet powerful Start-Up Manager. Every desktop will have its own start-up options, which are completely independent from other desktops. For example you can set Excel to start on Desktop #2, Photo Shop and an MP3 Player on Desktop #3 and so on.
