A. MSI’s piezocomposite injection molding technology facilitates cost-effective manufacturing of large area arrays. MSI can assist customers to design and manufacture large arrays for rapid 2D or 3D ultrasonic scanning systems. MSI has patented designs for piezocomposite roller transducer arrays that are capable of rapid volumetric scanning of in-process materials for quality assurance and other applications. These can be adapted and manufactured to meet specific customer requirements for frequency, ultrasound penetration, wear resistance, resolution and other parameters.
