Yes. An authorized user can run the MSCS administration console from any Windows NT Workstation or Windows NT Server on the network. In the version of MSCS accompanying Windows NT Server, Enterprise Edition 5.0, the cluster administration console will be a “snap-in” to the Microsoft Management Console, providing scriptable, remoteable access, including access through Internet protocols from a browser.
