Can movie theaters deny customers ability to bring their own food?
Movie theatres can place signs on the doors and in other places near the entrance stating that outside food and drinks are not allowed, but because you are allowed to eat purchased food inside the theatres, they can’t stop you from bringing you own food. They have to allow you to eat your own food because some people can’t eat the food for sale inside the theatres, such as diabetics and people with kidney problems.
