You definitely shouldnt inject MSIR…it has many fillers and binders that are not meant for injection. I would stick with swallowing the pill. Its immediate release, so it really should take no more than 30-40 mins for the effect. I would ask your prescriber for a long lasting narcotic pain reliever (extended-release) then take the IR for the breakthrough pain….If you are doing this to just get high and misusing the drug, go ahead and mainline it…
