Western Union is like an international agency we can used for sending and receiving money,but what you don’t know, if you’re living in a developping country such as Morocco,you need to get an allowance for that because you’re going to send hard currency out of Morocco, the office in charge here don’t accept that because we’re forbidden from doing it,we only can receive money throught western union and sending fees of enrollement to any international university but once you get an evidence for that.
