Can more than one TIMY Time and Attendance System be used with one TIMY-Soft application ?
Yes. We have supplied many customers with more than one Time and Attendance System. One USB Key can be used to download the data from all Time Clocks, one after another, and then uploaded into TIMY-Soft at once. Alternatively, individual USB Keys can be used if that is more practical. The Time Stamp file on the USB Key can also be sent as an e-mail attachment – useful if Time Clock Recorders are installed at remote sites. Staff can also clock-in on one Time Clock Recorder and clock-out on a different Time Clock Recorder and the TIMY-Soft application will assemble all of the data chronologically for each Employee.
