Can more than one member of a household/family take Opinion Place surveys?

Each Household/family may ONLY have ONE member who may try to qualify for or participate in Opinion Place surveys. If our system detects more than one member of a household/family is trying to take Opinion Place surveys, the system will disallow ALL members of that household/family from participating in future Opinion Place surveys.
