Can mood swings affect family relations?

Mood swings effect everyone in the family. I don’t know if they are yours or your parents but not being about to depend on the reation of a person makes everyone walk on egg shells. It’s really hard on children. But, most people do have someone in their family who do have them. Maybe a mother is having her cycle, a teen is in puberty or you dad just got fired from a job. You just never know what happened to that person that day so try and give a little slack. If it happenes a lot, I would try and talk to that person and tell them what it’s doing to you. And if it is you, you can always go and talk about it with your parents. Tell them what you are going through or that sometimes you just can’t help it but that you love them and will try. Maybe they can help you or remind you, “hey, I think you are having one of your mood swings.” It doesn’t mean you are bad or mean. Also, you can try and keep track in a journal of when you are (or someone else) is having these “swings”. It might be a c
