Can monkeys reproduce with humans and vice versa?

No. Different species. They can’t even reproduce between kinds of monkeys, like an Ape with a Chimp. The closest possible match is chimps and humans, but probably any attempts to reproduce in a lab would result in an unsurvivable mutation unless a few genes from one were spliced into 99.9% DNA from the other. Even then, it would likely produce a deformed creature that could not thrive. IMO, it would be an evil thing to do. You don’t have to worry about getting your monkey pregnant, but I’ve heard people first got AIDS by doing that.
