Can money remaining on my CampusAccess account be refunded?
You can receive a refund of your CampusAccess account if you are withdrawing or graduating from the University. However, there is a $10 processing fee for the refund. You may obtain a refund by filling a CampusAccess account refund form available at Campus Card Services. You may also send a written request. Be sure to include your student ID number and the address where you want the refund check mailed or e-mail cacard@indiana.edu. The refund will take approximately two weeks to process so make sure that the included address is where you will be at that time.
