Can Moles On The Body Be A Health Hazard?

0

Moles come in all shapes and sizes and they range in colours from pink to brown. They can be found on almost any part of the body and most people have at least one though they could have up to 50 moles on their whole body. Most moles are not dangerous and the only problem they cause is that sometimes they can look really unpleasant. You can choose to have your moles removed if they are causing you problems but most are only tiny and so they don’t need touching. Occasionally however, moles can lead to skin cancer. If you have a large amount of moles on your body it is usually more likely for you to get skin cancer so it is best to cover up properly while in the sun to protect yourself as much as possible. You may also want to take a picture of the moles every so often just to check if they are staying the same or if any changes occur. If no changes do occur then you do not have to be worried. If you are unsure about anything it is always best to go and see your GP.
