Severe Thoracic Scoliosis can be manged by bracing and surgery. The cervical stenosis can be manged with cervical collar. You can not have physiotherapy due to Thoracic Scoliosis. So, only option left is cervical collar and some pain killers. Another possibility is laminectomy which is removal of lamina. Discuss this with your doctor.
