Can missing 2 pills on BC cause an early period?

Yepp but don’t worry. It’s happened to me in the past too. I got my period while I was still taking my active pills and then when I started the sugar pills two weeks later, I didn’t get my period at all. There’s no need to worry, the reason you got you period early is because the hormones leave your system quite quickly which is why you need to take birth control pills the same time everyday. So, once those hormone levels fall they signal the start of your cycle starting your period. Once it starts and you finish your period, it will take another 3 weeks to get your period again. The reason you probably had it for ten days is because taking the active pills while you’re on your period slows the bleeding just a little. If you continue to take your next pack on time, you’ll get your period when you take the sugar pill and it won’t upset your cycle. Hope this helps.
