Can miscarriages appear contained by the second trimester?
I am 21w4d pregnant and I have been having cramping on and bad since yesterday but no bleeding and I have been feeling run down. I thought that I be having ligament pains and I called the doctor today but he said not to worry. I of late went and peed and there is blood in my panties and on the tissue, it is brown, it’s bright red. I simply called my other and they aren’t here with my car but on their path home now so I am going to the hospital. Could I be miscarrying even though I am 21 weeks or could it be implantation bleeding? In my birth and labor book it says that miscarrying decreases contained by the second trimester… Idk I am really scared but forcing myself to stay calm so I do not make matter any worse.
