Mini-Circuits’ RoHS compliant models can withstand a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260&#176C ( + 0&#176C) for up to 30 seconds as required by IPC/JEDEC STD – 020C. NOTE: Please follow your solder paste supplier’s recommended reflow profile.
