Can milk or milk products be dried at home?
Drying milk or milk products at home is not recommended because of the high risk of food-borne illness associated with such products. Commercially dried milk is dried under conditions that cannot be duplicated with home food dehydrators. Safety of home dried milk or milk products cannot be guaranteed.
