Can military dependents get Red Cross help for seeing sick family?
Your parents/siblings can send a message through the Red Cross that your grandmother is sick and you should come home. You can then either fly Space A on a higher priority back to the mainland or go ask for help (if you have a Power of Attorney if the AD member is deployed) from the AER on an interest free loan that you will have to pay it back.
