Can Microsoft Exchange be used to schedule conference rooms and other resources?
Yes. Microsoft Exchange does support the idea of “resources” such as conference rooms. Just like Meeting Maker, these resources must have a Microsoft Exchange account like any other user. As part of the conversion, Information Technology Services, in coordination with department representatives, will recreate all Meeting Maker resource accounts in the Microsoft Exchange calendar.
