Transfer of data to other programs can be accomplished in three ways. (1) You may use the Windows Clipboard to Copy/Paste selected data from the Metrics ICS Data View window to another program. (2) You can set up a dynamic link (“hot link”) through DDE to another Windows application such as Microsoft Excel. (3) You may export data to ASCII files for import into external analysis packages or other data acquisition software that support columnar formatted data.
