Can merchants make refunds to my EntroPay Virtual Card?
If a merchant makes a refund, it will be credited to the EntroPay Virtual Card you used to make the original purchase. If this would cause the balance of that card to exceed the balance limit, the excess amount is credited to your default card instead. If this would cause the balance of your default card to exceed its balance limit, any excess amount will be held as Pending Credit until it can be credited to your default card. If you have destroyed the EntroPay Virtual Card that you used when making the purchase, the refund will be credited to your default card, with any excess held temporarily as Pending Credit if your default card cannot hold the entire refunded amount.
