Can merchandise be returned?
At Weddingfavours.ca we are proud to offer only the very best quality for your wedding day. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by e-mail at info@weddingfavours.ca within 30 days of receiving the items for a return authorization number. We cannot accept returns after 30 days. Understandably, please note that shipping charges, special orders, food items (candies, chocolates etc.), and personalized orders are not refundable. Unauthorized returns and refused orders will not be accepted for refunds. Please pack all items in their original packaging (unused and unworn) and return, shipping pre-paid by you. Yes, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition, it can be returned for a refund or exchange. Merchandise that has been personalized or customized with your logo or specifications, unfortunately, cannot be returned. Bass Pro Shops offers a “no hassle” return policy. If the item was purchased through the catalog or online, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from the purchase date, all electronics and non-Bass Pro brand rods and reels that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty should be returned to the manufacturer. Redhead, Rocky, and Danner boots have a 1 year warranty, while most other boots and shoes have a 60-day money-back guarantee (with proof of purchase from Bass Pro Shops). We can not accept the returns of boots that are older than 1 year. Items not covered by manufacturer’s warranty may be returned (with proof of purchase) on an inspection basis only. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, call customer service to arrange an exchange or return within 30 days of the date of shipment. If there are any problems, please notify us immediately at returns@glendale.com. Merchandise may be returned only with prior authorization and within 30 days of receipt . There can be no return of rifles, personalized items, custom cords or other customized items, or used merchandise. Opened videos, DVDs, CDs, and audio cassettes, if defective, may only be exchanged for the same titles. There may be a 15% restocking charge on some returns.
