Individuals are encouraged to take up complaints about non-compliance with the legislation directly with the manager of the retail or shop outlet. Alternatively individuals can contact their local Public Health Unit or the NSW Department of Health Tobacco Information Line on 1800 357 412 or email: tobacco@doh.health.nsw.gov.au.
