Can Maxilock help against Phishing attempts?
Maxilock does not prevent the receipt of email phishing attempts. It does however provide a secure way of accessing the web-sites of the financial companies you regularly deal with. If you receive an email from a company you deal with, then do not follow any links in the mail itself, but instead access the company’s website through Maxilock, and search for the information being discussed. If you receive an email from some other financial institute which you’re not expecting, then simply delete it.
