Can MaxHire be used for contracting?
The recruiting process of sourcing, screening and placing talent is very similar for contracting and permanent placement. About 50% of our customers are involved in contract recruiting to some extent and they use separate systems to manage payroll and HR functions (the back office) once a contractor is hired. MaxHire is a “front office” recruiting tool and does not currently have any back office functionality for billing.
