Can Matrix execute or supervise tenant improvements?
Yes. Matrix Real Estate Services, Inc. is a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor (License #873411). At Matrix we take the time to identify the needs of our clients. Depending on the client’s preference and/or situation Matrix can execute tenant improvements, supervise work that has been subcontracted out to other vendors, or simply utilize vendors with whom the client has an established relationship. Work that is executed is tracked through a work order system. No work is initiated unless a written work order is generated.
