Can marijuana cause dramatic physical reactions, like extreme cold, extended difficulty breathing, etc?
Marijuana can be extremely harmful to certain people. In my experience, some people who may have a predisposition to it, will experience extreme paranoia from smoking even a little. These people shouldn’t smoke at all because it can lead to psychosis and serious mental health problems. My ex was one of these people, she smoked for years and then it was like her mind had it’s fill and she snapped and ended up in hospital for a very long time. Also, some people may not experience such severe reactions, but may become hypersensitive to sound, light and temperature, such as your friend’s coldness and shivering. Another possibility is not that the weed had been laced (eg a snow-cone: heroin and weed packed in to a bong) but that it was nasty hydroponic stuff.
