Can mail be sent to students with groups staying in the Hall?

This is not a problem using our usual address: College Hall, Malet Street, London, WC1E 7HZ. It is also essential to us if in addition to the name of the student that the name of the group be also used in the address, (and room number as well if it is known). If we do not have the name of the group, our Reception can spend a long time that they do not have, trying to find where that person is, (we have 339 rooms with many different groups, the information for which is stored under the group’s name and not under the individual surname), and they may have already left. We would not forward or return mail of a departed group.
