A. Yes! Host On-Demand sessions can now use macros, keyboards, and toolbar definitions that are external to the session configuration. Normally when a session configuration definition is created on the Host On-Demand web server, the Host On-Demand administrator includes the keyboard and toolbar definitions as part of the configuration which means they become part of the users current Host On-Demand session. The administrator could also include macros but this is not generally the case. Individual users can create their own macros for their own use and store them in their own personal library (c:\Documents and Settings\userid\HODObjs). A person within a department, that creates macros for use by the department, could store them in a server library (\\loucmswpsv01\hodmacros) which can then be used by everyone in the department. You can access all of these locations from the drop-down menu on the Macro Manager toolbar.
